I was told yesterday that we would be able to use Blender to edit Halo Infinite assets and then export them back to Forge.  Blender can be faster/easier than Forge for experienced users and has additional creation tools like procedural generation. At the moment you can't import custom models into Infinite. Maybe that will change with custom games or mod support in the future.

I don't quite understand the process, but somehow they have a repository of Halo Infinite models that you can import into Blender, edit or manipulate (scale, position, etc) and then export all that data so Infinite can read it back as a map.
