WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE ACADEMY?
With the experiences of operating an esports organization for 2 years we look to become more competitive in the market and pivot into talent management. There is a calling to creating a healthy and sustainiable pipeline for all players to find careers around the esports industry. This is our answer for Halo and beyond. 

Academy teams are so important in the esports ecosystem and we have seen the proof of concept work in other esport titles. Introducing them to Halo, while not new has a huge potential to teach Halo competitors about crucial life skills they need such as team building, communication skills, strategic thinking and rapid decision making. In addition to this the financial literacy, legal knowledge around contracts and personal branding needed to succeed. 

The Academy will help young players become self-assured citizens by offering qualification, creating a culture of teamwork and helping them find apprenticeships or work with the assistance of our connection to the esports industry. This experience is in the making for expanding well beyond Halo itself, please keep watch on this page and announcement channels for its completion.
