He had purchased the Segway company in the year 2009 from it's creator Dean Kamen. On September 26th, 2010 a call to the police was made at 11:40 AM that a man had plunged into River Wharfe, apparently falling from a cliff beside the river. Jimi, had ended up taking a Segway to the cliffside to demonstrate the stopping speed of the brakes in the Segway. He drove the two wheeled machine towards the cliff where he ended up going over the edge, not being able to stop in time and plumiting to his demise.
