What makes a clan good?

What makes a clan good, share some ideas and thoughts. Drop an example if you have one.

Communication, shared/common goals, comradeship

People and on how active they are. People are the most valuable resource in a clan. And those people although they all have different goals , they all join up on a clan to see if they can meet people. In order for a clan to be considered good, they need dedicated people to perform

How clan be good:

1. Those that join have fun and find friends. Usually its identity or culture that sets you apart. 

2. Everything else comes secondary to this (or serves in expanding or retaining it). If your people dont have fun, theyll leave. If youve got no identity, somebody will come along and do it better. 

 

 

Any officer position should ask themselves:

1. Do i retain members?

2. Do those members represent our culture?

If they cant retain people they arent creative officers and if they cant find good people then itll lead to problems with leadership which will eventually interfere with retention and objective one.
