I thought id submit it as people remember certain things better than others. With EDICT i will upload on the leadership matrix on how we can implement them into our teaching styles so we can be more effective in our training's. I really like IDEAS it’s reminiscent of quite a few high leverage practices we use for instructing in the classroom.
