You've come to the right place to practice and refine your interviewing skills. Use the Interview Center to improve your video presence, communication skills, and to gain a competitive advantage in job search.

The Interview Center simulates the interview experience. Using a webcam, you will complete a brief video introduction, record your responses to standard interview questions, and assess your performance. Whether you have an in-person, video, recorded, or a phone interview, this tool will help you to:

• Evaluate your readiness to answer those tough interview questions efficiently and effectively. This improves your ability to answer any question smoothly and with confidence.
• See and hear yourself answer questions. This will help you improve your body language and posture, as well as practice your eye contact.
• Maximize your impact. Re-record and edit your answers until you are confident in your performance.
• Get feedback. Share your recordings to learn how you are perceived by others.

You're in control. You choose the types of questions, how many times you re-record each answer, and who – if anyone – gets to see your final recorded interviews.
