1. Forum Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations of the discussion platform, ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all members
2. Content Creation: Develop innovative discussion topics, prompts, and challenges to encourage active participation and diverse conversations within the community
3. Template Creation: Design visually appealing and user-friendly templates for forum posts and discussions, enhancing the overall user experience
4. Activity Promotion: Implement strategies to increase member engagement, including organizing contests, events, and discussion series
5. Moderation: Enforce forum rules and guidelines, moderate discussions, and resolve conflicts to maintain a respectful and productive community environment
6. Technical Support: Assist members with technical issues related to forum usage, ensuring smooth navigation and troubleshooting problems effectively
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement innovative features and initiatives to enhance the forum experience

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a forum administrator or community manager is preferred
