SPARTAN-II PROGRAM 

PURPOSE
Encompass a legendary character of the Halo universe in the narrative under the Office of Naval Intelligence as a SPARTAN-II recognized for honor, valor and achievement. through inspired military strategies. Creating friendships and bonds through challenging achievements present preserving the traditional excitement of unlocking achievements on Xbox Live and cooperating with friends to work towards squad goals.

ROLE
The SPARTAN-II Program today is a marvel of your achievements in the gaming space to engage players in a way that brings the full return of your investment made from buying and playing the games while also building on your personal brand for universal recognition throughout the community. Unquestionable to proof, the role model with voice to opinions and hero to all. 

The majority of the SPARTAN-IIs serve under Naval Special Warfare Command a decision-making body for the UNSC Special Forces community led by a Captain (O6) or higher rank,  with heavy ties to Section Three of the Office of Naval Intelligence, which initiated and operate the SPARTAN-II program. This remains unchanged despite the formation of the new Spartan Operations branch in the post-war era. All SPARTAN-IIs graduated to the rank of Petty Officer Second class at the conclusion of their training. No Spartan is higher than the rank of Commander. The Spartan-II Program is under the supervision of Naval Special Weapons Command NAVSPECWEP in training, equipment and Naval Special Warfare Command NAVSPECWAR in assignments. The SPARTAN-IIs are organized into teams that go by colored call signs and characters they best suite in weapon proficiency, speech and leadership ability and fraternization.

FUTURE OF THE SPARTAN-II PROGRAM

Halo is only getting bigger, with it what it means to us.

Our narrative continues around ONI but the SPARTAN-II Program goes beyond ONI. Near mythical status held in lore brought about the question to how can we best bring that to our community and apart from the other SPARTAN Programs. By becoming the 1% and achieving what that top tier Halo player by metric really is. 100% Gamerscore completion of all the Halo games, a feat only few have been able to do its now an larger part than any of us here at this community. We welcome the challenge and look to enable people to look for completion past the hardships in the achievements and as a class. by the class done together to foster teamwork, friendship and become that mythical Spartan are designed to do.

Classes are open for registration at the release of every new Halo media and game (Novels, Comics, Art books, Reference, Strategy Guides, Animations, Live Actions) on top of the already Original trilogy, Reclaimer Saga, Halo: Spartan series, Halo Wars series, Halo: Reach, Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Fireteam Rave and even Halo Tabletop.  Interested parties may apply for classes before the known date and complete both the Halo Waypoint forums and achievement requirements. However be warned that graduating alone, having completed the requirements will not give you the same satisfaction you will find in participating as a team.
