I will admit Harry was a good leader, but he never understood his people, he claimed he talked to you higher ups about the situation with the members that I’ve been telling him for 2 months when in reality he didn’t, I found that out after I left, Harry specifically held my rank until I was able to pull more recruits for him even after the fact I had the most recruits . I was an E5 at the time, when he held my rank so long, that flame who I recruited when I was an E5 caught up to my rank, which doesn’t make sense. When I had a talk with him once, he said I don’t know how to manage people, when it was me who got the navy up when nemesis left and it was me who made sure the navy was the most active back in the UNSC Razor. He failed to see my value and that’s why I bluntly told him “Harry, if I leave, just know a lot of people in this clan are going to leave “. I warned him, and he instigated more by saying “by all means leave, I’m not going to beg for you”. So that’s exactly what I did, I left and people followed. After that I made my own clan and we are yet to have any issues. What I’m trying to say here is that Harry has the leadership skill down, he just sucks at understanding his members. There’s no point on being a leader if he can’t understand his people. Every plan I gave him to help out SOF for some reason he always disregarded it or insulted me for even thinking that way, so no I’m going to stay under him with his communist ideals of trying to control people. I’m not going to let him tell me what game I can or can’t play. And I personally think that’s a reason he was vulgar with me, cause regardless of his position I was able to stand up for myself, something many people wouldn’t do cause they were afraid of Harry.

PERSONAL COMMENTS:

we did a 2v2 with unlimited points, we were to end the game when both teams hit 100 points. It was me and stando vs hellz and mystic. The game started off as a 1v2 and when stando joined the score was 12-13. After an hour worth of playing, me and stando had 170 points while hellz and mystic had 100. The game was fun and we all left in good terms.

PERSONAL COMMENTS: we played 3 games, team leader of red was stando, blue team leader was megumin. After 2 games hellz had to leave and krazy raged quitted. Stando dud excellent in leading, Meg did well but he has a bit to work on. Overall Meg, krazy, trill, and hellz need to work on their strafes and need to work on battle rifle. Other than that team work from both sides were good and there was no issue except for the rage quit.

PERSONAL COMMENT: we played for at least 3 hours tonight, it was stressful but we managed to lose only 4 games outta 17. We managed to win the most stressful games that were still shock from it. We won overtime’s on CTF and we managed to win a game of odd ball by 1 point. Glad we managed honestly

PERSONAL COMMENT: we played 8 games of the same teams but different halos. We played 3v3s on all the halos on mcc. Teams were Hobuh, Asirim, and cghene vs asroma, wet, and mazu. We  had fun and we practiced on a lot of maps. We also played from 11 am to 3pm so we all stuck for a while

PERSONAL COMMENT: we played 3 games of CTF against each other. Blue team had chillguy23, LXV Brambles, Egglad, Megimun, and Boomiseebrain while red team had Agent Asirim, hovah, cghene, Enemyesterminat, and Standowpowaaa. Blue team won all 3 games, the first 2 games red was down a player, and in the last they had an AFK. All games were very close, both teams were neck to neck but blue team over powered red team and blue team won. First map we played was zeleot, 2nd map was battle canyon and 3rd map was countdown. Each team had a variety of tactics that worked in each tam. I’m proud to say everyone in this training did extremely well

I agree on using a military calendar, it’ll lowkey be way much easier to keep track of when is everyone’s promotion due . A julians calendar for promotions or to get peoples schedules clear would be perfect in my opinion

REPORT: I joined in a party where Xivonic FPS who is in a different ONI challenged me to a 1v1. He claimed he was gonna win and put me on YouTube. While we were battling each other he was boosting how he was a Spartan II for a different ONI clan he’s in. It bothered me when he said he didn’t know who we are. He want to play 3 matches, 1st game I beat him 17-10 and 2nd match I beat him to 25-17. After the 2nd match he raged and quit. One of his members in the party said that he was one of their best players and that they’ve never seen him rage like that. After that, all of the others left the party while Blueaero3535 and Defineclutch joined.

PERSONAL COMMENT: he’s learned all the types of coms and he learned the line formations. He went through all the courses flawlessly except for one, he had issues on his buddy jumps but eventually he figured it out. He has knowledge in all the mountains so we didn’t have any issues with them. He knows his hemorrhage callouts so he passed his bt with ease.

PERSONAL COMMENT:  we played 12 games and won every single one of them. We played extremely passive, so passive that in one game all 3 of us got a perfection in countdown, we managed to control power weapons in most games but for the most we all stuck together and for that we won all those games. We had some casual conversations and had fun. It was good practice and I plan on having more game nights like this in the future, Jimimah ( @Agent Stratus0) left around our 5th game but me and Valentine managed to play til 3:30 AM EST.

PERSONAL COMMENT: in the beginning it was me and jonsey only, we had won 2 games and lost 1. Then Harry joined, we lost 1 game and won 1 and then gamer joined where we won 1 but lost 2. It was a rough night for me and jonsey. We’ve been going against teams of diamonds all night but we kept our composure and kept trying. We had fun and I enjoyed these challenges with my team

PERSONAL COMMENTS: I hosted the new bt map and made the recruits go through all the courses. They passed everything and had no issues except callouts on hemorrhage and climbing Montana, but with a little effort they learned. They finished all the courses and I’m happy with how the bt went. Blue and flame over watched how the bt went

PERSONAL COMMENTS:  she completed all the trainings courses and she understood what the coms were. She had a little issue on grenade jump but she finally succeeded after explaining how it works better . She climbed all her mountains with ease so the training only lasted like a good 18 minutes

PERSONAL COMMENTS: we played 2 games, both were capture the flag. We all spit up the group in 2 . For my team which was @Harry Cramb , @Chillguy23, and @Fire 2the Flame. Me and chill used the gauss hog for the most part, Harry used wraith and flame was banshee. We all had a good laugh about it at the end of the game 

People and on how active they are. People are the most valuable resource in a clan. And those people although they all have different goals , they all join up on a clan to see if they can meet people. In order for a clan to be considered good, they need dedicated people to perform 

At first I had got in contact with “BUTTER MAN597” who is one of my old buddies. I was attempting to recruit him into ONI. Then he told me he was in a Sangheili clan by “Righteous Vindication Harbengers”. From there he asked me if we wanted to be allies. I’m which I invited my CO and he invited his clan leader, which is “Romi Sivan”. There we explained the requirements in order to start an alliance, They had the requirements. They’ve mentioned how they were interested in 4v4s and other activities. They also mentioned they have approximately 40 members, and that they started they’re clan 2 months ago. They look like a very organized clan and they plan to let us know whenever they’re ready to do something with us.
