Is it me or is this Halo video not smooth?

This is the intro, picked up the link from Snickerdoodle but I can't tell if my network connection is low and the video is stuttering of my browser might be bad. Tried the basics, deleting cache and what not.

I can see the video link, its smooth looks like it is in 4K.

So turns out it’s an iOS issue, on a pc it worked perfectly fine, and smooth as butter
