After Demotions?

I was wonder just like how promotions have requirements what would the requirements be to work your way back up the ranks? As in how does one start? Also how long does one have to wait time wise before even thinking about the possibility of a promotion after a demotion?

It is by default a positive performance review, so any deeds/recommendations/recognition you would get is a promotion unless it's specified in the demotion itself. Performance Review is usually done on the spot and by discretion of any officer, it is a straightforward what they think of you and how well you are doing. How well you are is measured usually by reports, posts or attitude. It is also done monthly on whatever date you were demoted on.

New promotion/enlistment calendar should fix this and provide a more clear map for performance reviews.
