Recharge Removed due to Observer bug

Recharge is apparently removed from the map pool for HCS Arlington due to an Observer bug, this was announced 15 hours before the Tournament starts so for players that are prepared its another example of poor preperation and communication, to add the game that is being played at he tournament will be the pre-update Halo Infinite that does not include quality of life updates, the new maps and equipment and Solitude (Plaza) -- its a very strange thing to do, I personally would have rather watched them fight and get used to new maps and equipment without having practice. It would've been a true testament to skill.

I wonder if it is because all the VFX recharge has. An overuse of VFX can hurt games in a variety of different ways.
