2023 Halo World Champions is Faze Clan!

Renegade, Royal2, Snakebite FPS and Frosty make history coming from losers bracket to win the grand finals Halo tournament taking home $400k USD as a team. 

Its surreal to watch knowing Renegade before as Godly and seeing him compete at the highest level of Halo there is. Royal2, Snakebite and Frosty brought this win home too with experience and grit. It was hard seeing friends on the otherside like APG be wiped at Optic Gaming but it made for a great series to watch and one of the highest in viewership of this season. This is a great thing for Halo and its esports as it defined boarders and pushes out from what we know it to be. As the season comes to a close I know who to add for the trending players in our own HCS database and so you'll see some more

Faze Clan did amazing. I mean to win a championship from the losers bracket it extremely difficult. Not only do you have to win 4/7 games but when you do that the bracket resets and you have to win 4 more. Against all odds Faze Clan came back and won. GG's Faze Clan.

Right? Faze also had a crazy scrim record. They were practicing against all these teams and were doing very well then too. Its likely they will remain on top going into Season 3. I wonder if this might shake up one of the other teams and we might see some roster changes happening.
