The reason for this, not only is it a good handrail for newcomers to follow a structure on how to teach people but it also is there for the learner. Of course majority of people are aware that everyone learns differently, whether thats from listening, doing, seeing ect. This method allows our learners to be able to take in the new information from all formats of teaching styles. Later i will upload a new thread in leadership matrix on how we can use this in our training's for our members like i had done on the previous website.
