What is a gamer tag turbo?

A Gamer tag Turbo is an application that runs on your PC that macros the Gamer tag claiming process. In effect, it can be used to claim Gamertags as soon as they become available. This is great for swapping your own tags as you can ensure that no one else can snag it first..
 

How does it work?

Operation is really quite simple. All you need is an account that can have its gamertag changed on Xbox.com. Usually a fresh silver will suffice.
Then, simply start up the program, plug in the details, and hit start.

Less of a tip, apparently this is a sub culture on Xbox that spans across multiple social medias for usernames. To be specific this is to claim a gamer tag.

This is the first I’ve heard of this, but it sounds very useful. Hopefully I’m using the term correctly, but what is a good turbo application to use?
