He didn't sign employee letters at board events, cooperate with staff and pressed leadership for its public commitments and consistant with national interests as well as company interests. He shares this some time well into the interview but I understand, 4 hours is a long podcast/interview and honestly theres a few moments where they are talking about nothing substantial.
