I like to drain the water and add stir fry vegetables. Red peppers (I like crushed.) and cayenne is always good. It may sound gross but you can drain all the water, add lots of mayo and some meat, pickles and mash potatoes flakes, add the flavor or hot sauce and roll it all up into a tortilla.
